Un hombre encuentra en la calle botado un ipod, al revisarlo dentro de las imágenes habían fotos de un adulto abusando sexualmente de una menor de 3 añitos… fotos y un video… el hombre lleva el Ipod a la Policia de Investigaciones, revisan el dispositivo, buscan al hombre que abusaba de la niña, lo encuentran , lo llevan detenido y el Juez luego de ver el caso, decide DEJAR EN LIBERTAD AL HOMBRE porque consideró que la detención realizada por la PDI fué ilegal, ya que VIOLARON LA PRIVACIDAD del imputado al revisar el Ipod sin una orden judicial
